- 1 x in person Physical/Regular testing to further identify areas to improve in your given sport.

- Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on your goals, injuries, strengths and weaknesses.
- 30 minute online monthly catch up and track progress through given sessions
Peak Ultimate

- 1 x monthly in person Physical/Regular testing to further identify areas to improve in your given sport.
- 1 x monthly Coached session including fundamental movement patterns, squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, brace in order to perform basic movement patterns to a good quality
- 1 x monthly in person session / zoom to catch up and track progress
